Should I be selected to participate in the MEA / Business Events Australia Mentor Program I confirm I am available to attend the training programs as appropriate:

Mentors:  Wednesday 13 October 2010 from 2.30 – 5.30pm followed by launch cocktail reception 5.30-7pm
Mentees:  Tuesday 12 October 2010 from 5.30 – 6.30pm and launch cocktail reception Wednesday 13 October 5.30 -7pm
I agree to meet with the allocated Mentor / Mentee 4 times during the period October 2010 to June 2011 at agreed times and venues
Mentees: I attach a letter from my employer approving my participation in the program and acknowledging the commitment required to successfully complete the program.
I agree to be contacted on a regular basis by the MEA National Training Manager or MEA Manager as appropriate regarding the Mentor program
